18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years 2. Chronic rhinosinusitis following diagnostic criteria of EPOS2020 3. Failed to improve from a minimum of 6-week period medical therapy requiring ESS 4. All patients underwent ESS 5. Able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Unilateral sinus disease: fungal ball, odontogenic-related disease, allergic fungal sinusitis, neoplasm associated with sinus disease - Systematic disease associated with sinus: cystic fibrosis, Churg-Strauss, immunodeficiency, Wegener granulomatosis, autoimmune disease - Undertaking immunosuppressive medicines - Pregnancy
