Interventions

Administration calcitriol 4 mcg/day before parathyroidectomy for 3 days and continue same dose after parathyroidectomy for 1 week ,Administration calcitriol 2 mcg/day before parathyroidectomy for 3 d

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age > 18 years 2.renal hyperparathyroidism 3.iPTH > 800 pg/mL 4.undergoing parathyroidectomy 5.regular hemodialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.contraindication for surgery 2.Ca < 7, > 14 mg/dL 3.pregnancy 4.calcitriol allergy
