Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged > 20 years ESKD with hemodialysis 3 times/week Adequate dialysis (spKt/V > 1.2) Persistent hyperphosphatemia Medically stable Able to give informed consent and come for all visits
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Limit life expectancy < 6 months Active cancer Severe malnutrition Severe hyperkalemia (K >5.5 mmol/L) Allergic to food made from vegetable protein
