Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age 18 years old or above who are scheduled for operation. Patients who are admitted in the ICU after the operation and stay for > 24 hours. Intubated and non-intubated patients admitted in the ICU after the operation. Patients who can read, write, and speak Thai. Patients with no preexisting dementia. Patients with no severe visual and auditory impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to undersatnd and communicate in Thai. Patients with preexisting dementia. Patoents with severe visual and/or auditory impairment.
