Inclusion criteria: - Age 60 -80 - Undergo Primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty - Able to walk - Able to communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Malnutrition - Alb < 2.7 mg/dl - Chronic kidney or liver disease - Uncontrolled heart condition - Uncontrolled Diabetes - Pregnancy or Breastfeeding - Disable Person - Allergy to insect - Allergy to Cowmilk
