Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with rotator cuff tears At least 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Irreparable rotator cuff tear Mental disability Pregnancy Uncontrolled hypertension History of allergic to tranexamic acid or epinephrine Previous venous thromboembolism History of stroke or cardiovascular diseases contraindicated with general anesthesia Known coagulopathy Required continuous anticoagulation or antiplatelet therapy History of renal or liver failure
