Fractional erbium laser were treated and applied with normal saline every month for 3 months. In first treatment, the patient were taken a photo before treatment and after treatment in day 7 and day

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female 2. Age 18 - 40 years 3. Good health 4. Skin fitzpatrick skin type 3 or 4 5. Atrophic acne scars on face

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient prone to be keloid, severe acne, Herpes infection, HIV patient, Hepatitis b virus infection 2. Hypertrophic acne scar and keloidal acne scar on face 3. The pateint were taken isotretinoin in past 6 month periods 4. DM, Connective tissue disease. 5. The patient were treated with ablative or nonablative laser in past 12 months 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding 7. The patient prone to be easily bleeding
