18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 years or older 2. diagnosis of schizophrenia and related disorders (ICD10 diagnosis is F20-F29) 3. has continuously received antipsychotics for the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, cardiac disease, thyroid disorders, eating disorders or are receiving medications for these conditions before starting antipsychotics 2. pregnancy or breastfeeding 3. receiving mood stabilizers such as lithium and valproate
