Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 60 years 2. Asthma diagnosis by a physician 3. Mild to moderate Asthma exacerbation ( from Thai asthma guideline 2022) from 3.1 no alteration of consciousness 3.2 Respiratory rate < 30 times/min 3.3 No accessory muscle used or no abdominal paradoxical 3.4 Oxygen saturation not less than 90% 3.5 Pulse rate less than 120 beats per minute

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alteration of consciousness 2. Respiratory rate > 30 times/min 3. Accessory muscle used or abdominal paradoxical 4. Oxygen saturation less than 90% 5. Pulse rate less than 120 beats per minute 6. Using of systemic corticosteroid in last 2 weeks 7. Acute diseases that affect asthma exacerbation ( Pneumonia, Heart failure, Lung cancer) 8. Pregnancy 9. COVID-19 infection
