Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study is limited to elderly individuals within the age group of 60-80 years, who have been officially diagnosed by a doctor with osteoarthritis in one or both of their knees. The pain level must be at level 4 or higher, as measured by the pain visual analog scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have an underlying disease that cannot be controlled or have not received continuous treatment, such as advanced cancer, thrombosis, high blood pressure, and diabetes, are not eligible for the test. 2. Individuals who experience adverse symptoms during the test that make it impossible to continue, such as burns or heat intolerance, are not eligible for the test. 3. Individuals who have had an acute injury to the knee joint during the project period are not eligible for the test. 4. There are three symptoms to monitor: numbness or impaired sensation in the knee joint, history of knee replacement surgery, and use of painkillers or muscle relaxants for less than 24 hours.
