Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients who visit Ramathibodi ED with mild to moderate pain and hemodynamic stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a hearing disorder that affect their ability to communicate normally. 2. The patient has symptoms of a psychiatric disorder and is unable to communicate.
