Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I, II 2. Age between 18-30 years old 3. Thai patient 4. Need Lower third molar surgery on both sides 5. Impacted tooth difficulty level 5-7 points ( Pederson's difficulty index) 6 . Corah's Dental Anxiety Scale Revised (DAS-R) equal or more than 12 (mild to moderate) 7. Available appointment in the morning
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient who has an anaphylactic reaction to Lorazepam, other Benzodiazepines, Ibuprofen and tramadol or other medications that interact with Lorazepam. 2. The patient with systemic disease consists of severe respiratory impairment, acute narrow-angle glaucoma, sleep apnea, psychosis, liver disease and kidney disease 3. Patients with a history of alcohol dependence and abuse 4. Patient with pregnancy 5. Patient with pericoronitis 6. loss follow up
