Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years and over 2. person who receives Selective spinal Nerve Root Block 3. Availability of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers with webcams. 4. Availability of email and stable internet connection. 5. Need help/support participating via video call 6. Can receive consultation via video call at least 2 weeks and within 3 months (or 2 times)
