- Patients who understand the Thai language
- Patients did not undergo open skull base surgery or any other endoscopic route

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients in age 18-80 years old who underwent endoscopic transnasal skull base surgery 2. be able to read and communicate with Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. other procedure of endoscopic skull base surgery or open technique 2. patients who can't be able to response the questionnaire in the second round
