Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Reproductive aged women, aged 18-45 years, with obesity, who fulfilled the criteria for gastric sleeve resection (GSR), were considered eligible. 2. Thai ethnicity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other (non-PCOS) endocrine causes of ovarian dysfunction: - Thyroid dysfunction without treatment and thyroid hormone is out of normal range - Hyperprolactinemia without treatment and prolactin is out of normal range - Dysfunction of hypothalamus or pituitary gland - Failure of ovarian function such as premature ovarian insufficiency or ovarian dysgenesis 2. Structural abnormalities of genitalia: - Outflow tract obstruction - Mullerian dysgenesis 3. Previous surgery of bilateral oophorectomy or hysterectomy 4. Current or history of chemotherapy or radiation on brain or pelvic region 5. History of hormonal treatment during 3 months (combined contraceptive (pills/injection), progestin (pills/injection/implants/intrauterine system), Gonadotropins-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist, Aromatase inhibitors, Tamoxifen, etc.) before bariatrics surgery 6. Pregnancy on the date of surgery
