Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 60 years 2. Patients with depressive episodes, including Major Depressive Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder, and Bipolar Disorders in depressive episode, who have been diagnosed and are currently under stable medical treatment 3. Ability to read and understand the Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with depressive episodes due to a another medical condition 2. Patients with severe depression (with a score of more than 18 on the 9-Question Depression Screening Questionnaire), or have severe suicidal ideation (9Q question 9 scoring 3 points, meaning thinking about not wanting to live or wanting to harm oneself, almost daily) 2. Patients who have psychotic symptoms with prominent delusions or hallucinations to the extent that they are unable to cooperate.
