Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy men or women Healthy teeth and gum No history of liver or kidney disease Normal salivary flow rate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Edentulous (lacking natural teeth). b. Liver or kidney disease c. Allergic to any materials used in the study d. Incapable of fasting for at least two hours e. Took medications that might have affected their salivary flow rate f. Infect SAR-CoV-2 or have a positive COVID-19 test within 5 days before the procedure g. Drinking alcohol or smoking g. Pregnancy h. Unable to collect urine every 2 hours i. Unwilling to participate in the study
