Participants will receive an introduction about the WHO illustrated guide for stress management, namely Doing What Matters in Times of Stress. They will also be persuaded to practice guided exercises

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All 2nd-year medical students studying at Ramathibodi Medical School, Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute were invited to participate in this study in the last semester of the 2021 academic year. One hundred and seventy medical students were approached and provided with informed consent for data collection. Each participant could withdraw from the study at any time, and no incentive was provided for participation. Data were collected anonymously and confidentially, and only the primary researcher had access to the data. The reported data could not be traced back to individual participants.

Exclusion criteria: refuse to provide or withdraw consent during the study
