Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Novice conscripts with age 20 or above and going to trained in Novice military training 2. Participants have at least one of these conditions - Body mass index (BMI) > 21.5 kg/m2 - Stress scores (DASS-21) > 12 - Lateral step down test score > 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current symptom or history of pain within 3 months in the lower extremities. 2. History of fracture or surgery in lower extremities 3. Previous diagnosis of gout, rheumatoid arthritis or infection in lower extremities 4. True leg length > 1 cm.
