Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Presenting with nonspecific chronic neck pain lasting longer than 3 months (chronic stage). nonspecific chronic neck pain was defined as neck pain with no evidence of underlying diseases or anatomical abnormalities 2. Good communication and cooperation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having at least one of the following conditions: osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, conditions that are contraindicated for traditional Thai self-massage or exercise, such as a fever, muscle or tendon injury or inflammation, uncontrolled hypertension, bone fracture and/or joint dislocation
