Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal disease whom had an appointment for spinal surgery at Siriraj hospital, 2. No prior ocular disease or conditions associated with optic nerve (i.e. glaucoma, increased intracranial pressure, diabetic papillopathy), 3. Age over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who have disabilities that could not be examined by the investigator. 2. The patients loss follow-up.
