20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages of 20 and 75 2. undergoing lumbar spinal fusion between 1-3 levels 3. no history of long-term opioid use 4. Patients who are ASA classification 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Ongoing infection 2.History of cancer 3.Allergic to ketorolac or analgesia 4.Smoking 5.Contraindication for NSAIDs : chronic kidney disease(GFR<60 ml/min/1.73m2) 6.Patients who had history of GI bleeding and gastritis 7.Previous back surgery 8.Unwilling to participate in the study
