Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty 2 Age between 45-85 years 3 ASA I-III 4 can pain score 5 Anesthesia was given by injection into the spinal anesthesia 6 Body mass index 18-40 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Contraindications for spinal anesthesia or adductor canal block include infection at the injection site. There is an abnormal pattern of blood clotting, severe fluid depletion, and high intracranial pressure. Additionally, there is severe heart valve stenosis. 2 History of allergic reaction to bupivacaine, ketololac, morphine, orphenadrine, paracetamol and tramadol. 3 Patients weight less than 50 kilograms.
