Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.COVID-19, RT-PCR, tracheal secretion, nasopharyngeal swab 2. aged between 1 and 96 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previously diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to the test 2. having oxygen desaturation
