Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Freezing phase primary adhesive capsulitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. poor controlled DM 2. history of steroid injection in 3 months 3. fracture around the shoulder , history of shoulder instability 4. recurrent shoulder instability
