Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Occupational physicians with managerial experience or level in organizing and providing occupational health services for at least 5 years; Occupational physicians working in hospitals (healthcare) with experience in the providing occupational health services for at least 5 years; Occupational professionals working in public/private sector organizations (industry) with experience in the providing occupational health services for at least 5 years; Occupational professionals with academic background (teaching or research) that reflects their direct involvement in occupational health services studies or teachings Occupational professional working as auditors with experience of quality assessments or evaluations of occupational health and safety.
