Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have tonsillectomy planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: bleeding disorder, antiplatelet or anticoagulants use, pregnancy, gabapentin allergy, no history of steroid or analgesics use within 1 month
