Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult (> 18 years) 2. Diagnosed with febrile neutropenia as definition of IDSA 2010

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who were not admitted at the time of positive blood culture detection 2. Participants who were discharged or died before the time of positive blood culture detection 3. Participants who expected to died within 72 hours or palliative care
