Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing hip surgery under spinal anesthesia ASA 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who refuse to give inform consent. Allergy to any study medication Severe psychological disorders or inability to understand the study protocol Cognitive disability Chronic opioid used or drug addiction
