35 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Abnormal uterine bleeding women with 1. age more than 35 years old or 2.risk for anovulation (PCOS, BMI more than 25 kg/m2, abnormal ultrasound finding) or 3. medical failure treatment or 4.risk of endometrial cancer (Tamoxifen using, Lynch syndrome, family history of colon or cervical cancer)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. do not consent to participate 2. pregnancy 3. History of allergy or suspected allergy of Paracetamol or Ibuprofen 4. Asthma, GI bleeding, liver disease, renal disease, cardiovascular disease
