Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Elderly persons greater than or equal to 65 years old 2 ASA physical status greater than or equal to II 3 patient hip fracture surgery using surgical repair with cephalomedullary nail.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.the patient does not consent 2.have been treated with steroids for more than 2 weeks, causing them to be at risk Hypotension occurs due to a deficiency of adrenal hormones. 3. can not spinal anesthesia
