Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 20 to 40-year-old healthy Transgender men who come to follow up at the Transgender clinic at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital - Transmen who have not received testosterone - Transmen who have not undergone sex reassignment surgery or ovarian surgery - agree to participate in research by signing - Thai nationality - able to communicate in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Have a history of hormonal disorders - Have NCDs such as Diabetes, CVD, Cancer, Stroke, Renal failure, Chronic respiratory disease - Received any drugs known to affect hormone metabolism
