18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >18 years, Controlled hypertensives. Systolic Blood pressure less than equal to 140 mm Hg. Diastolic Blood pressure less than equal to 90 mm Hg. Heart rate less than equal to 100 beats/ min. Those declared fit by dept. of Cardiology Patients Not on anti-platelet drugs or who are permitted to discontinue anti- platelet drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy to amide- type anaesthetics. Patients with a history of angioplasty, cardiac surgery, angina or myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmia, cardiac hypertrophy, and cardiac failure. Patients using Heparin and warfarin. Patients with Vascular diseases /collagen diseases and clotting disorders. Mentally challenged patients.
