Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational diabetes mellitus patients 2. Aged more than 18 years old 3. Thai 4. Able to read and write in Thai language 5. Having smart phone for use application Line and internet 6. Delivery in Thammasat hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having underlying disease such as Hypertension, Heart disease, liver disease, chronic kidney disease, and HIV infection 2. Receiving medicine that affects blood sugar level such as steroid use
