60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly aged between 60 to 79 years old. 2. Elderly had to be under optimal medication treatment for at least six months. 3. Elderly had to be clinically stable (i.e., no crises or changes in medication) for at least three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Elderly has a serious respiratory disorder (e.g., asthma, COPD). 2. Elderly has a history of cardiovascular diseases (e.g., acute myocardial infarction, and/or unstable angina), history of heart failure and stroke. 3. Elderly presenting with history of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal diseases for more than one month. 4. Elderly has chronic kidney disease (stage I or more). 5. Elderly presenting with endocrine disorders (e.g., hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism). 6. Psychology signs and symptoms (e.g., anxiety, depression). 7. Dietary supplementation such as vitamin D, calcium, and collagen. 8. Regular physical exercise, especially strengthening exercise or lifting heavy weight.
