Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic low back pain with lumbar instability had lumbar instability when they attained more than 7/14 items on the lumbar instability screening tool and attained 3/3 test on the clinical test 2. Chronic low back pain without lumbar instability (the range of low back pain persisting for at least 12 weeks) 3. Patients aged between 20 to 59 years both male and female 4. Mild to moderate pain (VAS 5 to 74 mm)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons who are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant 2. Body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2 3. Have a history of abdominal (i.e., fatty liver) and spine surgeries or lower limb conditions (i.e., fractures) 4. Have a history of chronic respiratory disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, occupational lung disease, or pulmonary hypertension) 5. Athlete 6. Cigarette smoking 7. Have a history of neuromuscular disorder (i.e., peripheral neuropathy, spinal cord injury, myopathy, motor neuron disease, or central nervous system disease) 8. Have a history of cardiothoracic surgery (i.e., lung surgery, pleural surgery, thoracotomy, pacemaker) 9. Pelvic traumatic injury 10. Have a history of pain or dysfunction, such as serious spinal pathologies, spondylolisthesis, or scoliosis in their vertebral spine within the last year 11. An adverse reaction to the gel used in ultrasound procedures, commonly referred to as gel allergy, is a topic of concern in the research
