Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.term singleton pregnancies 2. age at least 20 years old 3. schedule for undergoing elective cesarean sections at Siriraj Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient has risk of harm from Carbetocin including those with Carbetocin allergies, underlying cardiovascular, liver, kidney, epilepsy, migraine, and asthma conditions. 2.Obese women with a BMI above 35 kg/m2 3.high-risk pregnancies that could affect uterine contractility, such as preeclampsia, placenta previa, placenta accrete spectrum, polyhydramnios, uterine structural abnormalities, hematologic underlying diseases 4.those who received tocolytic drugs within the previous 24 hours
