Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA II full-term (37-40 weeks) multiparous parturient, age between 18-40 years, scheduled for elective Lower Segment Cesarean Section (LSCS)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient's refusal for spinal or epidural anaesthesia, known or suspected dural puncture, body mass index > 30 kg/m2, twin pregnancy, patients with a medical history of hypertension, diabetes, PIH/ eclampsia, suffering from major pulmonary or cardiovascular disease, thrombocytopenia, allergic to local anaesthetic/ morphine, patients with a history of Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
