Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants with low self-esteem would be included in this study. Participants having the ability to read, write and understand will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with high self-esteem would be excluded from the study. Participants with any physical disability or taking treatment for any psychological illness would be excluded. Participants who will not complete the research procedure will be excluded.
