Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. They are aged 13-19 years old 2. Psychiatrists diagnosed them with a major depressive disorder by using DSM-V criteria 3. They had mild depressive symptoms using the PHQ-9 assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have comorbidity diagnosis of current substance dependence or abuse, mania episode, organic brain damage, current or past psychosis, persistent antisocial behavior, and persistent self-injury 2. Have significant suicidal ideations. 3. Have formal concurrent psychotherapy.
