Healty volunteers with mandibular impacted wisdom tooth Pain Trismus Edema third molar diclofenac sodium dexketoprofen trometamol

Interventions

Diclofenac sodium 25 mg orally 1 hour before tooth extraction on the patient&#039
s randomly assigned side. The medication will be continued for 4 days postoperatively, 2 times a day. Data will be collected for pain on postoperative days 1, 2 and 7 and for edema and trismus on post

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 No smoking 2 20 years old female extraction indication 3 Presence of a symmetrical 20-year-old female with bone retention in the bilateral symmetrical position in Class I-II, Class A-B according to Pell-Gregory' classification 4 Not using steroids or anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 3 months 5 Completeness of the data records planned for the evaluation of the patient 6 At least 1 month has passed between shootings 7 Patients do not have any systemic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Lack of information in treatment and follow-up records 2 Using different drugs from the drugs in the study groups before or after the shooting

Pain In 24 hours for the first 4, 8, 12 hours and then 1 in 24 hours until Day 7 VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) 0 to 10 score

Trismus On the 2nd and 7th day after the operation Metric /interinsisal distance measurement between upper and lower central incisors with digital caliper ,Edema On the 2nd and 7th day after the operation (Preoperatively base measurement was taken) Metric/ preoperatively and postoperatively 3 anatomic references were measured with flexible ruler
