Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged more than 65 years undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery in Department of General Surgery and Department of Orthopedics Surgery, Golden Jubilee Medical Center
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Can not communicate in Thai language. 2.Presentations of severe visual or auditory impairment. 3.Presentations of brain pathology (e.g., dementia, brain tumor, or stroke) 4.Presentations of psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, depressive disorder, or personality disorder) 5.Not have the devices to open the multimedia file about acute delirium.
