Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women undergoing elective caesarean sections who had previously drank coffee and wished to join the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of allergy to coffee or caffeine. 2.Patient with liver disease, acute or chronic kidney disease, cardiac arrhythmia, function thyroid disease and inflammatory bowel disease. 4.Patient with history of chronic diarrhea or chronic constipation (defined as two or fewer bowel movements per week) 3.Patient with a history of prior abdominal bowel re-anastomosis surgery. 5.Patient who need for intensive care or endotracheal tube for more than 24 h postoperatively. 6.Patient who need for nasogastric tube drainage beyond the first postoperative morning. 7. Patients who suffered from intestinal injuries and received intestinal repaired during surgery.
