18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Closed displaced metacarpal neck, shaft, base fractures (every configuration) 2. Non displaced fracture in patient who cannot withstand conservative treatment with slab/cast immobilization
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture 2. Concomitant injuries that preclude hand mobilization (i.e., severe head injury)
