Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 15 years old 2.Histology or cytology confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer stage 3B or 4. 3.Received first line treatment with gefitinib or erlotinib. 4.Have at least 1 time of radiologic assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Can not tolerated or denied receiving gefitinib or erlotinib until disease progression. Received surgery/Radiotherapy/chemotherapy during treatment with gefitinib or erlotinib.
