Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery with significant stenosis of LAD and at least one other major coronary vessel were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) emergency bypass surgery, 2) ejection fraction < 40%, 3) recent infarction < 4 wk, 4) combined other cardiac procedure 5) age > 80 year, 6) prolonged clamp time
