Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age above 20 years who was diagnosed with brow ptosis one or both sides and was planned for surgical correction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of prior periobital or brow surgery History of prior radiationtherapy at periobital area History of facial or periorbital trauma Immunocompromised patient Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus

Brow height change from post-op measurement in 1 year compare in 2 group surgical procedure 2 week and 3,6,12 months brow height change from post-op measurement
