Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.preterm infant below 34 weeks of gestational age and birthweight below 1800 grams 2.recieved full fortified human milk (150 ml/kg/day or more and 24kcal/oz)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclude sample who has 1.major congenital anomaly 2.chromosomal abnormality 3.gastrointestinal abnormalities (obstruction or malabsorption) 4.major surgery 5. bone fracture 6.premature formular usued
