Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type II Diabetes patient 2. Age 18-65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation 2. Type I diabetes 3. HbA1c level >= 10 4. On insulin treatment 5. Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism 6. Severe liver dysfunction within 6 months : alanin aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate amionotransferase (AST) > 5 times of normal limit, INR > 6.5, Bilirubin > 17.5 mg/dL 7. Creatinine > 3.5 mg/dL or eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2 within 6 months 8. Severe allergy to Centella asiatica
