Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Type 2 diabetes meliitus - Indications for biopsy due to albuminuria of more than 3 g per day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Kidney transplant patients. - Patients whose kidney tissues were not appropriately sampled. - Patients with incomplete medical records such as unclear diabetes diagnosis history, chronic disease history, diabetic retinopathy test history, laboratory and kidney ultrasound test results. - Patients with a history of or physical test results indicating a systemic disease or other clear glomerulus causes.
